By downloading, installing, or using PinIt Cam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
PinIt Cam is designed exclusively for use on closed circuits, race tracks, and licensed track day events. You must not use PinIt Cam on public roads in any manner that may be distracting to the driver or that may contravene road traffic laws.
You are responsible for complying with all circuit regulations, marshalling instructions, and event organiser requirements at all times while using the app.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device is securely mounted in compliance with circuit-specific regulations. Many UK circuits prohibit suction cup mounts on windscreens. DrillMate Ltd is not responsible for any damage, injury, or regulatory penalty resulting from incorrect or non-compliant device mounting.
PinIt Cam is free to download. PinIt Cam Pro is unlocked by a single, one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property within PinIt Cam are owned by DrillMate Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
All video footage, audio recordings, telemetry data, and session files created using PinIt Cam are owned entirely by you. DrillMate Ltd has no access to, no visibility of, and no rights over any content you create. Your content never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it.
PinIt Cam is designed for use in public or organised motorsport environments where recording may reasonably occur. All recordings are created and stored locally on your device. DrillMate Ltd does not collect, access, store, monitor, review, or control recordings created using PinIt Cam.
By using PinIt Cam, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents required to record and share any video or audio captured using the app, in accordance with applicable law including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
If you share recordings via Paddock Mode, social media, or any other method, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you share does not infringe the rights or privacy of any third party. By sharing a recording, you confirm you have the right to share any individuals or vehicles visible in that recording.
You must not use PinIt Cam to record or share content that violates privacy rights, data protection laws, or applicable recording laws.
You must take particular care when your recordings may capture children or young people. If your footage includes an identifiable minor (a person under the age of 18), you must obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before sharing that content publicly. This applies to all sharing methods including Paddock Mode, social media, and direct export.
DrillMate Ltd is not responsible for any recordings created, shared, or distributed using the app. DrillMate Ltd accepts no liability for any claims arising from your recordings or your sharing of those recordings.
PinIt Cam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DrillMate Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's fitness for a particular purpose, including but not limited to:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrillMate Ltd shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, lost or corrupted footage, data loss, or any decision made in reliance on telemetry data displayed by the app. You use PinIt Cam at your own risk.
DrillMate Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue PinIt Cam or any of its features at any time. These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
